   • When cleaning your stainless steel jewelry, remove it before using any cleaning products that may contain chemicals.

3. Remove During Activities:

   • Although stainless steel is highly durable, it's best to remove your jewelry during certain activities to prevent damage.
   • Avoid wearing your jewelry when swimming in chlorinated pools, hot tubs, or the ocean, as exposure to chlorine and saltwater can cause discoloration or corrosion.

4. Storage and Protection:

Processing Time:

Personalized Jewelry: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing as we craft each personalized piece with attention to detail and customization.

Non-Personalized Jewelry: Orders for non-personalized items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Shipping:  Once shipped, you should receive your order within 4-6 business days. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. 

Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.  Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.
